Location - firstly they let me know works were being done out the front and to go through rear parking entrance. Lots of parking. New tram lines under works Within 500m of walking you have Oporto, Subway, Priceline pharmacy, a bottle-O, mini mart, bakery and pizza place. Train station also not far away. I was able to pay in full before my stay. I asked if the room had a microwave and toaster and it was provided in the room when we arrived, this was great for us as we travel with young children and are on a budget! Westmead hospital just over the road, so if that is the reason you're staying, it's super close. Parramatta Park just a short walk down the road! For our brief two night stay, it was great! Staff, fantastic!!

It felt like home as soon as I arrived. The accomdstion, restaurant and grounds were beautiful and relaxing. The staff went out of their way to be super helpful accommodating my special needs and making sure everything was perfect. Also, I appreciated the low fragrance in room post cleaning. I have a bad fragrance allergy and have previously been sick because of strong Fragrances in motel rooms, especially in the bathroom. I also liked the little things that paid attention to details. It was good to have a small selection of plates, bowels, muugs and cutlery. Another thoughtful touch that a sponge was provided to wash up with.

I was visiting nearby relatives, one of whom was soon to have major surgery, another, a youngster, was playing cricket on the oval in the neighbouring Parramatta Park. My husband had to fly in from Brisbane so the train station almost on the doorstep was great. All this made the location perfect. I like that the church on the site is functional and its cafe and the mission aspect of the accommodation. It is a great asset for Westmead Hospital/Children's Hospital.

Great location across from Westmead hospital. The room was a good size and clean. Bed was very comfortable. The staff were friendly and very accommodating. There is a restaurant on site, although I did not go there. Also a short walk to a pharmacy and some other takeaway food shops.

She also helped us with directions to the train and times for the train, she also booked a taxi for the next morning to take us back to the airport. Room was very clean and comfortable.
